Unfortunately,
in my personal sadness at the moment when a man dared to play God and
genetic engineering since 1975 further began massing on food, this
food has become anything but healthy. Threats from reaching the food,
mutagenicity, allergies, potential carcinogenicity, resistance to
antibiotics, loss of immunity constant bringing the virus and parts
thereof which are as virulent as can be because they are without outer
layer, use mosaic virus of cauliflower virus , tobacco and others,
the ones that opened the door of morbidity to the other retro viruses
such as AIDS, hepatitis and others are alarming, so the European
Council is certainly not decided to import the GMO moratorium on
24th 06 1999 just like that, and later on, the changed policy of
"traceability",that follows product from the place it grew
up to the place where it was used or sold, BUT ONLY AFTER THE GENETIC
ENGINEERING ALTERED FOOD EVIDENCE THAT IS NOT HARMFUL, as yet no the
manufacturer of that food is not proven, not given any evidences
about, so it practically returns to the moratorium.

to Austria and later Poland.Later on Switzerland's
referendum decided AGAINST GMO "food".
-2008 German-court decision legalizing buffer zone
between GMO crops and cultivation of crops on farms, that decision
German Federal Constitutional Court from November 2010.
reinforces even more the buffer zone between GMO and organically grown
crops must be 300 m (which just is not enough), but introduces
registry of all obligations of planting GMO crops, so that GMOs
pollution may be sued.

Omega 3 fatty acids, and due phosphorus in the food they need 60%
less food...
I just can not understand how this phosphorus metabolic products
in the flesh, are not shown, as well ignoring the fact of the radioactivity of phosphorus.

rice on the shelves of English markets, and it was discovered in Germany
and in France too.
-Mid-September 2006. Greenpeace has found GMO rice Liberty Link
that did not have a trade license,
in the German supermarkets. Sweden and France suspect that
this rice is on their shelves as well.
-Mid-March 2007, 'Organic Consumer Association' USA,
publishes for their customers that the maize MON 863 showed
in tests liver and kidney toxicity because reduced excretion of sodium and phosphorus,
35% demonstrated a change in blood, females showed
increasing cholesterole in the blood, and elevated blood sugar.
-Since 2008 France no longer seeds GMO corn, and Germany from
2009.
-2008, there was a report in the 'Soil Association report'
that GMO crops do not have higher yield than
crops from conventional breeding.
-2009, there have been GMO goats that eat 5x more
than their normal half-brothers and sisters, I'm afraid
the deforestation in the countries that would breed these goats
of the world's markets in 1998. It was the first GMO product

why, I guess we'll find out someday.

it has been proved sterile, and if it is released into natural waters over time,
mating with natural species will give sterile offspring, and with such an appetite,
twice as fast growing and eating so much, I wonder how long it will take time to seriously threaten
fish species in the Atlantic, Pacific... for example ..
And because GM "food" can not be food until the
tests proved that it is harmless, that is what is
issues, not damaging human organisms, not
pollute the environment, that would not endanger other species...

IMMUNITY INSTITUTE, Zagreb
In our papers Novi List dated August
3rd was printed the article about irrevocable closure
our 'Imunoloski Zavod' who was producing the immunization
pharmaceutical products through out the decades.
The fourteen years ago in my article
published as the comment in Novi list, I have pointed out, for this
facility to be dedicated special attention because they have big
importance for the health of the residents of our country, and more.
In the old nucleus of the city, near by
'The Stone Gate' there is the pharmacy shop dated 1353.
The hundred thirty nine years before
the America was (re)discovered.
So, the production of the
pharmaceutical products on this part of Europe has the long
tradition...
Should not we learn something about
only from this 'a piece of history' we have near by us?
What does it tell to us???
Seeing the situation with our 'Immunity
Institute' my comment I started with:
Ouch...
After we lost ' Pliva' pharmaceutical
factory, established 1921,( sold to the foreign company whose first move was to close
research dept.) who got its name after: P stands for production,Li
stands for 'lijekovi' that means remedy,Va stands for vitamins, so
its production of remedies and vitamins, from which, later on
appeared the offspring 'Jugodijetetika'( who we also lost, so I send
my appeal to our government to find this black hole who sucks our
best factories and blocked it for good) where end 70-es and 80-es
last century we were producing, most probably THE ONLY ONE FACTORY IN
EUROPE, AND MAYBE IN THE WHOLE WORLD, the baby food untreated by
pesticides and fertilizers...
Few years ago, they stopped production
of the antidote against bite the spider called 'black widow' ( all
black body with the nice orange spots, but keep away!), then stopped
production the antidote against very poisonous snake called 'poskok'
and now comes closing the doors for good...
The size of the problem comes from the
fact that they have been producing this antidotes for the entire
South Europe!
So, does it really must be so, or there
is a tiny hole through out is possible to find the solution of the
problem?!?
Its true pity that the productions
survived the worst years of the lack of investment, such as the post
II WW period of time, when we literally had nothing to eat and our
lives were saved by the American UNRA packages, from starvation.
At that times the production was not
stopped, but it went on according the possibilities.
Now, we became the EU member, and the
access to the funds is somehow eased, I see no reason why the
productions of that antidotes will be treated as the priority, for it
is, and the solution to the problems must be found.
Our government, must treat this problem
urgently, for closure of our facilities, lost working places, believe
is not in our common interest.
We understood that we are small
country, the whole would fit in the space, by number of residents in
less then the half of New York, but still, this small country once
ruled the pharmacy market of the 20 mil. residents of Yugoslavia.
The rulership so as the market are not
to be let the others easily, they must be kept strongly in our hands,
for to conquer the market goes tough but loosing it goes in a minute.
The wars were fought for the markets...
I do not know how many similarity does
exists with the Azitromicine antibiotic that David humbly let
Goliath to distribute worldwide for what David got just the crumbles
from the table of Goliath.
This Azitromicine was synthesized by
the team of prof. dr Djokic who was our professor at the Techology
Faculty, University of Zagreb, the same that 'produced' the Nobel
Prize winners Ruzicka and Prelog...
I do not understand why we are always
handling against our own interests.
For our interest is to keep leading
position in production of the antidotes to the South European
territory, moreover we are, I must repeat this, THE SOLE PRODUCER OF
IT HERE!
Our responsibility to our tourists, we
take fourth place as the touristic destination of Europe, seeks this
production!
This problem is not only the problem of
the Immunity Institute but the problem of our government.
We are not that rich to let ourselves
this luxury to waste the working places, and the productional
facilities, but the production must be maintained under the all
circumstances so as in casees, Kamensko, Varteks, Podravka, Gredelj,
shipyards...
For the Chinese Universities produced 7
millions of the academic residents of China, all unemployed.
Our Universities produce far less, but
where to find the job???
Maybe, if our the Health Minister
would more interest dedicate to solve problems on the field that
belongs to its domain and less interest in his campaign for the city
mayor?!?
By then, dear tourists, coming to
Croatia, it would be wise to bring the antidotes from your home
countries for to enjoy your vacation carelessly.

WHY ARE OUR POLITICIANS BLIND TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF COUNTRY?
After the bill of Ms Mirela Holy to our National Assembly, on establishing 'The Agency of National Parks' failed, I have no other choice but ask myself why our politicians have NO sensitivity to the environmental problems, being deaf and blind to them???
This numb of all senses last unfortunately back more than decade, since we lost the last environment minister Mr. Kovacevic who accepted post as the ambassador.
Ever since in this country has been done less possible for the national environment!
Or should I say undone???
But I am not politicians although their bad decisions affects all, I have no influence to their decisions and this on failing bill of Ms Holy was one of bad one...
So why we DO HAVE NEED for such 'The National Park Agency'?
The reply is simple, because the shrinkage of forests on this planet spreads faster then e mail virus:
-Mato Grosso rain forests shrinked in last 60 years 60 pct.We all signed petition to stop ex routing the forests but do we stopped it indeed?
-In last several years forests fires on Sumatra caused by natural causes such as thunders(?)or arson, repeats almost each summer, too often, too similar pattern to be accidental...
-Californian fire disaster several years back has sent into ashes several hundreds thousands hectares of forestry
-our humble donation to this problem reflects in our hyper production of parquetry for export to Europe, although our oak forests are so limited that should be protected by laws as the national wealth by 'The National Park Agency' that bill failed to be accepted so no one cares about and the ex routing of oak forests advances further...
The oak tree takes at least 50 years to grow into more or less big enough to be understood as the mature tree...
It says if you are born when the plant was planted, you will be 50 when this tree will be thrown enough shadow for you to enjoy it during hot summer days....
Think about!
Think about, that in Gorski Kotar, projects of ecological wind mills takes ex routing further 30
hectares of remnants of forests we CAN NOT AFFORD TO CUT OFF!
If we want our children and their children will be able to breath fresh air and not to choke as poor Bejing people.
But in entire world people are rising wind mills alongside highways not to cutting any tree, if possible.
Because they know how and want to preserve what they have.
The decarbonisation problem has roots in ex rooting!
For the plant uses the simple biological process of absorbing CO2 as the raw material for the production of chlorophyll, basic plant food. The less plants, the less CO2 absorbed, the emission of unused CO2 rises, and will be rising until we will not achieve dynamic equilibrium point in having that many forests that can absorb all produced CO2.
But do not think that we are angels.We are breathing in O2 and exhaling CO2, several l pro minute, multiplying 60, multiplying 24 hrs, multiplying 365 days in the year.
Of course do not forget to multiply by 7 billions breathing on this planet!
Do we truly underrate all what we have and are not able "...to preserve what we borrowed from our fathers to leave our children some day..."-as the US Indians say for the land and the environment...
So is this game in it? We do not need 'The Park Agency' for control of devastation our forests and parks can be done and no one will be prosecuted for the ecocide?
Just opposite!
Our need for Agency rises each day more for our Lonjsko polje is imperiled, Kopacki rit is imperiled, and although looks paradoxically, but in Plitvicka jezera Park the number of visitors have to be limited to preserve fragile ecological system so as in Park Slapovi Krke...
Do you remember Spacva oak forests, the Serbian troops invaders cut to the roots and sent oak woods to Serbia?
Why we do not at least charge them to buy the new oak plants to be planed there, on the site of that ecocide, the unemployed citizens of Croatia will be more than happy to take part in forestation of that area, paid decently of course...
And the bill goes to the perpetrators.
In Turkey, in Istambol, the citizens stood as one in defeating the only park left that Erdogan's authorities want to turn into what else, but shopping center...
So isn't this need for 'The Park Agency' actually exaggerating and actually someone's hidden ambitions to grab political points?
NO!
Have you noticed news (BBC for inst) that in Bejing citizens are choking in smog that weather forecast say will last for next several weeks?
Sumatra forests fires are choking whole Malesia's citizens...
How many forests went into ashes and how many trees will not be able to produce O2 for our breathing?Remember still last years fires in Australia, a year ago Californian fire disaster?
How many trillion tons of CO2 goes in the atmosphere by each volcano eruption??
We can not stop the natural catastrophes, but we can work on diminish their bad influences on environment and our lungs, lungs of our children, lungs of their children...
Yes, we can not stop thunders and storms or statics electricity, but we can do, and have to do in utmost protection of the forests left on this planet!!!
Because it is not five to twelve but twelve past five...
For the several years ago we took not famous at all, place on bottom list of the countries concerned in ecological problems, that shocked our politicians.
But we fully deserved it.
So, you do not have to share my opinion that we have to put all our efforts in defeating not only each forest but each tree on this planet, and therefore each country had to have its own" The National Park Agency" to do so if they do not have it by now.
Ms Mirela Holy, thank you for yours "one woman battle" for preserving what we have, but seems the people sitting in our The Assembly haven't understand what you were talking about.
But the sand watch of our time runs too fast, there is no time more for the small 'might games', look at Bejing, look at Malesia, this is our common near future if you will not treat this problem as it deserves: mature and responsible!

I am afraid that more than papers, decisions, bills, declarations etc are needed, and this is very, very simple.
Use biological fact that CO2 is the raw material for plants to build chlorophyll, so as many trees , bushes and plants we are planting, the less CO2 will be in the atmosphere.
In last 60 years, 60 pct of Mato Grosso is exrooted, the planet lost 60 pct of its lungs. How can we breath further?
Can we afford ourselves to loose 10 pct of our lungs of the planet each ten years?
Time is running!
Yes, we still can breathe, but this situation can not last long.
So, the first step to be: the appeal to Mrs. Delma for immediately cease of any works on shrinking the rain forests.If needed, we must call the summit on' Mato Grosso Protocol' even on the highest level such as G summits...Because the problem deserves the highest level!
Yes, the petition we all signed but what happen after that? The bunch of environmentalists has signed that, who cares?
But, the problem is far bigger than we see it now.We saw that people in China are choking in smog.This is going to be our future if we will neglect it. And soon after the nations will extinct because the O2 will go off!
We must realize that the only 'factories' producing O2 are the leaves: that of trees, bushes, plants...
Our biggest 'factory' Mato Grosso collapsed 60 pct.
What the owner of the factory does when the factory goes so bad? Does he talks useless discussions or acts?
Billions are spent on the projects on how to lower the level of CO2.
There is only one solution to that: PLANTS!
If the money, spent for the projects would have been spent on forestation, today the level of CO2 would have drop truly...
So, how many times will be lost in talks more?
Apart from relatively innocent, chemically inert CO2, there are the compounds that 'eat' O2 thousand times faster, for inst some phtalates!
But world is silent on hyperproduction and overusage of phtalates that are poisoning us from all our surroundings: washing powders, softeners, perfumes, shower gels...They are cheap and over all.
As well, in our blood stream...
Why no one cares about that?

ROCK WOOL DISCUSSION

Rock Wool-The cheap houses at approx. 19, 000 euros Long time I have feeling that I betrayed readers of this article in the sense not to supply enough data they are looking in internet for and this is truly sad for there are no sufficient data written on this matter. My worries rose up seeing in TV news report on production the cheap houses, each wall stuffed with the huge amount of glass-rock wool. I truly worry for the health of the residents of that houses... You may twist my words as much as you want, the fact remains that the tenants are targeted by the three causes of diseases: asbestos, which is still there, it is added the glass wool over it, and the antennas on the roof, causes brain damage, repro organs etc. You deny it as you please, the facts remain facts. And when the facade will starts to a crack, and it will be, it is just the matter of time, this is very potential danger for the tenants. Is anyone seriously concerned for their health? Why was bad solution to the problem solved by the even worse. In that matter are not only physical laws involved, you know that electromagnetic field of the the higher frequency worse damages cells of the brain, lungs, eyes, ovaries ... Why? Dear reader!
On this place there was an article about problems Dubrovnik citizens have with their authorities who want to rise up the settlement bigger then Mokosica on a small plateau on the Srdj hill.
This article was removed today, close after midnight, by one or more people who are terrorizing me for years and remove my posts, take out my mails, destroy my work, because they can do that.
They have stolen my poetry book I was writing for over 50 years, stolen 2 books in hand writing, diskette with my short stories...apart from jewels, golden items, clothes, shoes...
They block my internet lines, tap my telephone line, taking my letters from mail box, and do all possible to do me as more harm they can produce.
The medial blockage was imposed three years ago, last four months it was strongly empowered.
I truly see not what drives them and what joy makes them to do so.
I kindly ask my neighbors story below to stop intruding in my computer and destroying my work, because in the wide scale of their terror this is the smallest thing done to me but I can only wish it is the last one.
My mail box shrinked to 2/3 of former size.

Dubrovnik citizens are collecting signatures for referendum against devastation of Srdj hill, above Dubrovnik, that investors wants to turn in so called golf park, framed by the over 200 villas of the rich enough who can buy a summer house there over viewing city and the see...
So, from the beginning wrong idea. Why? Because my selfish opinion is that there have to be park only, such the Marjan park hill, city Split has.
Only PARK! No golf holes, no artificial watering, no fertilizers, insecticides, no mineral oil from the caddies...
Why? Because the geological structure of the ground is a variety of dolomite, very porous, very fragile...That means that all the water used for watering terrains will go down and be brought to underground water basins, carrying all that water rinses out such as mineral oils, left by caddied, fertilizers used to improve grass growth, pesticides to remove nasty insecticides that would eat that nice grass as the salad. We must think about considerable home garbage, because humans pollute surrounding where ever they appear as if its some sort of lottery ...who pollute more in shorter time wins the prize...
We must think about the climate condition there. It says there are almost no rain from end April to beg. October, the meaning said is that the lot of watering will be needed. But terrains are not the sole water user there. The numerous hotels during the touristic season spend almost all water that comes from underground river Ombla.
Go there and try to take shower after six pm. There is water still, yes, but not as you used to have it...
So on whose account the arisen need for water will go after all? Reduction of water in the middle of the touristic season, not good measure for the tourism. Leave the Dubrovnik citizens thirsty, bad for home people.
Not to watering terrains will turn grass into hay in no time, bad seeing...
Some think that there you may play golf all the year seasons, but what about 'bura', strong cold wind that turns trucks aside, certainly may carry golf ball in wrong direction...
Watching that hectic arguments in TV, I have asked myself why on Earth, they insist to have that 'feast in the eye' golf terrains there, when Dubrovnik citizens said NO! Do they not count? Is their opinion so unimportant?!
After all the compromise agreement can be found.
We have Bjelolasica complex that is true, neglected without good reason why, but why the investors not try to do there. The terrains in the valley, no wind, mild climate in three seasons, in the winter ski place... True, no seeing sea, but nice to the top of the mountains, close to Rijeka and Kvarner islands full of tourists in the summer, full of water skiing and swimming maybe for the change would like to get to Bjelolasica at mild 25 degrees while coastal are have 35, to spent few days in the peace of mountains playing golf there...
Often rains there, watering will be not needed, that is for sure.
The hotels are already there, lot of needed is already done.
So, see, there is always other solution, listen to the people and let them have the city they want to have.
Beside 'the minor' detail that Dubrovnik is listed by the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE list and therefore belongs to all of us, such intervention in its surrounding has to be stopped right away.
Those terrains may go to the other place, and they truly have. Bjelolasica is PERFECT solution to the problem.

The Dubrovnik City Assembly session, July 30th the Assembly adopted the project 'Golf Park' .
By this, all efforts of Dubrovnik citizens turned into dust.
The city mayor Vlahusic called the referendum 'failed', although they got the needed majority.
We may discuss what park is going to be
build on a small plateau of the Srdj hill, when the size of the
settlement of over 200 villas, will take place of the surface bigger
then Dubrovnik's suburb Mokosica.
The plateau is of limited surface, so where, after spreading this over 200 villas, will be still space for the golf terraines?
The irritated citizens blocked main
entrance to the Assembly, for they wanted to watch voting, but the
guards did not let them to get into The Assembly building as the
visitors, for the city mayor Mr. Vlahusic replied them that Dubrovnik TV
transfers voting so they may watch it from their homes.
Being delayed for hour and half, the session took place, for the politicians used rare entrance.
Something about that leaves bitter taste.
If we are of the democratic constitution,
where, in democracy, the citizens are welcomed to be concerned about
their city, to watch, see, ask, get the replies by authorities, why on
Earth, city mayor banned the Dubrovnik citizens of watching voting?
If the Dubrovnik mayor was elected by the
will of the citizens, whose will he has to implement, whose interest he
had to represent?
There were also some unclear situation
about land-lording over the terrains on the Srdj hill, the citizens
found out that their terrains are of the city property?!?
But still remains the fact that Dubrovnik
has only one well of water supply and this is the under-ground river
Ombla, that will be exhausted during the summer months being supplying
water to hotels, cruisers and water for watering golf terrains.
The same terrains will be rinsing
fertilizers, pesticides, motor oil, home waste and pollution into the
river and the question is what after that...
The winds 'bura' and 'jugo' may be that
strong that they turn up side down the heavy trucks, the golf ball is
far lighter than that, so on that days there will be no players on the
plateau.
The space for new buildings in Dubrovnik
is missing, and therefore is precious. This over 200 villas are only the
betonizing Dubrovnik's surrounding nature...The investors may be
satisfied getting the first class ground under the price of the sports
facilities...
So, where is the next project the 'Golf Park'? Seeing the ambitions of the investors, maybe Matchu Pichu???
Resuming known facts, the citizens who
fought against it till the end, do not want that project and know why,
and the rigidness of the authorities from the confronted side who used
their power might to show the muscles, the pollution of the water basin
to be, the problem of the cruisers that are bringing only pollution to
the sea, air and causes the vibration that, in due time may turn city
walls into ruins such as Jericho was, for they simply can not stand
vibrations caused by cruisers being built by the stones and not by the
rubber, I must ask myself whose interest voted on the assembly session
in Dubrovnik on July 30th?

how does it comes that we are talking always again and again the same facts. As the duck's school( pointing out on the children poem we learnt by heart at first class of elementary where was said that although the huge teachers efforts the little ducks were producing only their typical sound and have not learnt anything new.
The GM maize IS HARMFUL, proven by test and in court.The INDEPENDENT published the article on May 22nd 2005 that conducted tests show the rats fed by GM maize has shown the abnormalities of the inner organ, sex organs and blood parameters. Where this GM maize finished? In flour and maize products that we have eaten not knowing it.
Although in the named article was printed the statement that body has mechanism to improve damages happen by GM products, this is simply not true.
There was the test conducted in London on July 17th 2001 where the volunteers were served only ONE MEAL of the GM food. The test showed changes to the digestive organs.
How many such meals we have eaten by now not knowing it, I dare not to think about...
It is so easy to close the eyes on the presented evidences, but I send herewith the message to the gentleman who said that there is no danger coming out from such a food, that they do exists, the danger, for the often used mosaic viruses of tobacco or cauliflower that do alteration, belongs to the group of the so called retro viruses such as aids is; so please read the book Dr. Mae Wan Ho: GM - Dream or Nightmare
